Concealment & AoO

Perhaps I'm daft, or blind, but are there any rules spelled out regarding concealment and attacks of opportunity similar to the rule regarding 50% cover and AoO? It seems that at some point concealment should negate the possibility of provoking and AoO, but I cannot find anything that indicates one way or the other.

There is none. But while invisible the defender would have to have reason to know the invisible guy is moving past him to take the aoo
