Cheese down is a great idea.
I've just been microwaving for 30 seconds to soften the cheese before placing in the pan, but your idea is much better.

I'm sad to say I had to go Keto in order to shed some pounds, so most of my cooking has been one tasty abomination after the other.

I miss my rice, tortillas, and refried beans.

Air fryer works surprisingly well to reheat pizza.

Air fryer makes nearly everything well. It's kind of amazing.

Hot dogs like that are uncommon here. Instead you buy a Puerto eg steak and cheese or mince and cheese.

I do like something like that with combination of relish, mustard and sweetchilki.

So made a Chilli con Carne the other day with the intention of putting it in burritos.

Was to runny so quick panic and turned them into nachos.



For a potential disaster tasted pretty good.

I added extra hot sauce while cooking it.




It's rated 10/10 potent by itself not to bad in marinade or cooking.

A touch of unexpected heat- done properly- can be a very good thing. A guy who sells gourmet cookies my family loves adds cayenne to his chocolate snickerdoodles. Just enough for a little warmth as you eat a few.

Chili on fries is an old fave in our household. And when we moved to D/FW (I was 14), I learned about Frito Pie.

The quick & dirty vending-machine version is pouring hot canned chili into a bag of Fritos and eating it with a spork. It‘s surprisingly tasty, but its potential for gastric distress made it a bad choice on days you’d be practicing a team sport.
