Craft Psionic Weapon questions

Can a psion and a wizard collaborate on a magic weapon, provided that the total enhancement bonus is below +10?

If so, would a weapon that was endowed with Mindcrusher and enspelled with Wounding cause a lost power point each round?

One last mindcrusher question: does the extra damage from energization (flaming, shock, charged etc.) apply to power points, too?

Yes they can. As long as between the 2 of them they have all the requisite feats and spells/powers. Read the DMG page 178 under the heading "prerequisites".

I would say no because the wounding effect doesn't happen until the next round after the creature has been struck. In addition it specifically says the wounding effect is due to extensive bleeding. Just my opinion.

Here I would say yes because under the description of the mindcrusher it says that the creature struck loses a number of power points equal to damage dealt. However, this is rather ambigous and I could easily see it going the other way as well.
