With D&DNext promising to bring back the feel of earlier editions and be modular, all core rule books will be printed in a 3 ring binder format like the 2E Monster Manual. All splat rules modules will be in 96 page hard cover and must be cut to include in the core binders.

To streamline combat there are only two entries in the Monster Manual, Dungeons and Dragons.

Hasbro decides cross licensing is the way to go, combat is resolved using Pictionary. Mass Combat rules use Battleship.

75) To properly recreate the athmosphere of playing as a teenager back in the 80ies, there is a special XP chart for fart jokes.

All PCs are replaced by mice. Each week the DM constructs a new maze to run them through. While you can use armour, weapons, spells and class abilities you do have to actually get the mice to use them.

The final battle of the campaign is against the PETA ninjas when they find out your GM has been using Grimtooths.

23 - copper pieces = pennies, silver pieces = nickels, gold pieces = dimes, platinum pieces = quarters. When you get treasure, you can only haul out of the dungeon what you are willing to carry in a bag over the next three days. Those outside the USA must go to an exchange bank to get appropriate change, though the Canadians will probably be able to cheat and use their own currency. :D

In England you'll be required to use Pound coins. They don't call those things Pounds for nothin'...;)

76) No character sheets, no dice. Players just listen to the DM read a "Choose Your Own Adventure" book, occasionally offering input on which page to turn to. But only when prompted.
