AH! Ok! :)

Briefly, without posting the entire power description here:

"You can shift yourself 'out of phase' with the material world, becoming incorporeal. You are unaffected by the material world, able to pass through solid objects and creatures and move in any direction, including up or down, at your normal movement speed."

The rest of the power is just rules-related stuff about what can affect you, etc., but the point is that you become incorporeal for 1 round per adept (i.e. magic-user) level.

Just saw the 3rd one yesterday!

I think his Str should be boosted somewhat - 17 maybe? Give him Improved Sunder with the claw, certainly.

Andw hat should we do about that thing he does when he sticks tentacles up people's mouth and nose and kills them?

Maybe something like this:

Crush Face (Ex): If Davy Jones makes a successful grapple check against a living creature with a discernible head, he inflicts 6d6+4 (assuming he is Str 17, 1 1/2 x Str bonus) points of (bludgeoning and piercing?) damage.

I thought the ship-walking thing was just an ability to walk through walls - passwall maybe?

that's pretty cool. there need to be some more D&D creatures that do the Kitty Pryde thing. ;)
