I'm going to replace the Dragonshield in the Kobold Lair outside with the Kobold Wild Mage. It will add 75xp to the fight, but it should be worth it in style.

I'm tottaly going to use the Victory Chart as well. It reminds me a bit of the pathfinder info on the goblins. That was one of their big roleplaying contributions.

I've found that some of the Drakes make great "mutant kobolds" without even modifying the art much, by having them attempt to turn themselves into dragons. You just have to plug Shifty and the Trap Bonus in there for the most part.

Spiretop drake minus Snatch plus Shifty/Trap Bonus=Highly Mobile Flying Kobold that can lure opponents into pressure-sensitive traps by flying around the corner to block missile attacks.

Guard drake minus Fear Immunity plus Shifty/Trap Bonus=Savage Kobold that has an easy time keeping the ally damage bonus

Extremely easy to throw together, and keeps players who have MMs guessing. :P
