D&D (2024) D&D 2024 PHB errata thread +

Legend
A Barbarian with Extra Attack could still make one attack after grappling the Cleric.
Or the barbarian could push the creature out, run around, and push it back in.

Dealing an extra
2d6 + 5 + 4 + 3 = 19 damage
Compared to just dragging the cleric.

Now, if you can drag the cleric to hit 3+ targets, then it might be worth while to drag them.

Though keep in mind, 3 damaged enemies can do 50% more damage than 2 undamaged ones.

At a certain point, the changes are found and the only room left for discussion is to talk about the implications of the changes.
First, we don't know if all the changes have been found and b) the spirit guardians implications have been discussed almost as much as the stealth discussions as well. There's nothing new to discuss there either. Just people circling the same argument ad nauseum.

- Thread dies -
I'm fine with that. I started this thread to list all the known errata in one place, since it was all scattered around in the other thread, successfully hiding amongst the numerous posts about the borked stealth rules. But threads like these are just temporary while we wait for an official errata document to come out anyway.

Also, when I started this thread, the other one hadn't yet been converted into a front-page news article.

IMO. If you want to track the errata, do so and update your OP with them. But you really can’t ban discussion here.
So I should just accept that every thread will devolve into circular arguments about the same thing over and over ad nauseum? Conjure minor elementals has its own thread. The stealth rules have multiple threads. There are also multiple other threads in which people are discussing various spirit guardians shenanigans. Why can't we have just one thread that's a safe haven from all that? Why does every thread have to get bogged down in the same few endless arguments?
