D&D 5E [D&D 5E] Tattered Memories: An Adventure in Tethyr (COMPLETE)

OOC: No problem, Brue has several options for healing. If she takes a short rest (1 hour), she can spend her Hit Dice to heal. She has 2d10+6 and 1d8+3 Hit Dice. She can spend all of them if she wants during one rest. She also has two 1st level spell slots that she could spend on Heal Wounds. Each casting heals 1d8+4 HP due to her Disciple of Life feature.

Also, if she does take a short rest, she regains her fighter class abilities Second Wind and Action Surge.

OOC: Also, as far as Brue can tell, she's reached the extent of the cavern to the west. Heading east will likely bring her back to the hole in the ceiling that leads to the town well. She could then explore further east. Alternately, she could follow the wall north, either from her current position or returning to the well and heading north from there. There's really no way for her to tell the extent of the reservoir.

OOC: Short rest, recover one hit die of fighter level hp, second wind, and action surge. Also, how 'bout if you reveal one 1st level cleric spell at a time, your choice either per combat or per day? I would like the cantrips now, please.

OOC: Jeez... that's terrible. You might want to just go ahead and use that cleric Hit Die too. WRT the spells, I may not have been clear. The only spells you have prepared are Bless and Cure Wounds as you always have them prepared due to having the Life Domain. You won't be able to prepare spells until you take a Long Rest. At that point, you can prepare any two 1st Level Cleric spells in addition to Bless and Cure Wounds.

I can still reveal the Cantrips if you would like, just let me know. As a 1st Level Cleric, you have three of them.

OOC: No. Thx. Wasn't thinking. Please reveal the cantrips one at a time as you see fit. I'll have Brue prepare her full complement of 1st level spells after her next long rest.

OOC: OMG, that is ridiculous. <Sigh> I'm going to go ahead and reveal the cantrips now. I think three 1s in a row deserve that...

GM: Character Sheet Update: Brue knows the cantrips Guidance, Light, and Spare the Dying

[section] Brue finished praying to her God, then felt again for her injury. While a good bit of the wound to her head had sealed up, her hand still came away sticky with drying blood. She kneeled by the water's edge and washed off her hands, then focused once more on a healing prayer to Ilmater. Satisfied that she had done all she could for the moment, she stood up and set off with new resolve to explore the north section of the reservoir.[/section]

OOC: Brue has used up all her hit point recovery from her three levels of hit dice. She's still pretty injured, and since she has more spelunking to do, I'm going to burn a 1st-level cure wounds to heal her some more.
