Everytime I open them up I do a 'ewww' face.

what is with the dull colours too? Is it the thin paper? Lifeless reds.

Smells like 4E and 3E to me!

My favorite smelling edition has to be 1E, still love the smell of those books.

Agree with it's a very good game.

Hmm..I thought 4e had a milder scent with nutty overtones and a hint of jasmin...

I have to say that I really love the smell of pathfinder hardcovers. I like the 3rd ed smell but dislike 4th ed smell.
and hate how 5th ed smell.
I love all those Games, but the smell of the books always intrigued me. I'm glad I'm not the only weird smelling books.

You fool, you've gone and opened them too early. I bought a sealed case of each book, and I look forward to enjoying the game in five or ten years, perhaps with a nice bag of nacho cheese Doritos and a 1998-- no, a 2003 Mountain Dew!
