D&D MMORPG 2005???

Anyone beleive the 2005 release date I haven't seen a dang thing released for this except some concept art and every other MMORPG I've seen takes way more time than a couple years after that.

I mean WOW, everquest2, and other to be games have shown screens in game movies etc and they probably will be a 2005 release.

Unless there a lot further along than I think and have just kept alid on it I'm thinking 2006 at the earliest. I just hope for there sakes that eberon survives that long.

dose anyone have the link to a thread awhile back abot the discussion on the D&D onle mmorpg game? I remember the devolper or a friend to the deveolpers was discussing in the thread. Please help?

Everquest 2 is due for release on Jun 1. It is already on pre-order.

D&D Online will probably use an existing MMORPG engine, doesn't take that much time to add content.

Sorry, that is not the right thread I was looking for. They were talking about making/designing a fan website for the D&D online game.

It depends on what 2005 means. It could mean December 31st, 2005. Or the fiscal year 2005, which doesn't end until 2006.

For some reason, I'm not very excited about D&D online. World of Warcraft is the MMORPG that I'm really looking forward to.

When it comes to D&D games, I'd rather see more games in the vein of Planescape Torment, Baldur's Gate II, Neverwinter Nights, and The Temple of Elemental Evil.

I heard the DnD MMORPG will use the Eberrion setting. IMO this is a big risk, if people don't take to the setting, then the MMORPG will bomb.
