Well actually... check out the www.atlas-games.com stuff on Burning Shaolin. It's a hybrid Feng Shui(the rpg, yes you too can be an old master at furniture arrangement) and d20. There are even brief writeups about how to make d20 a Wuxia-esque game.
There's even a pdf with some preview stuff. I don't have it but the pdf made me want to get it.
I run a pulp d20(the mini game from Polyhedron) and it has been the closest to wuxia as far as action. I don't hold back, and the pc don't either. I allow for over the top John Woo gun fights and the like. I even included a serum of jumping just so one of my players could fight in the air.
But I too want more.
