Edit: maybe I should grab the guns from the Drylands frame, although the revolver/pistol might need a tweak.
The revolver is easy but important to tweak even for Drylands, just change the mechanics from the needlessly fiddly (and fictional-positioning-limiting - you can never, ever, ever "fan the hammer", for example):
Six Shot: Place 6 Ammo tokens on your character sheet. Spend 1 Ammo token to make an attack. You can mark a Stress to regain spent Ammo tokens.
To to the mechanics which both the Black Powder Revolver and Magus Revolver use:
Reloading: After you make an attack, roll a d6. On a result of 1, you must mark a Stress to reload this weapon before you can fire it again.
And increase the damage die from d6+1 to d8 (so it has the same average but scales better as you level up), otherwise it's just
objectively inferior to a hand crossbow, which doesn't have to track ammo
or roll, and otherwise has identical stats (and fictional positioning-wise, doesn't make a loud noise)! Which is not a good look for a "Western" setting!
I'd also make it possible to gain a benefit from dual-wielding pistols without spending Hope by making it so "Small Revolver" had the following feature (but otherwise stayed the same, including d6+1 damage), entirely replacing the current one:
Paired: +2 to primary weapon damage to targets within Far range
