There's a plot? I was planning on throwing hordes of mutants at the players untill everyone was dead

It's huge fun watching Rat and McClane squirm, hoping that they're not carrying anything that'll get them executed .

I felt it would be something Rat would address, seeing how hush hush his boss wanted to make it. If it is an artifact, then the group knows where to start looking.
