DDI - Help with Upgrade!

I want to upgrade my monthly DDI subscription to a yearly sub before the prices increase. But, there is no easy or simple way to do this on WotC's site!!! WotC's online FAQ and email customer service have not been very helpful either (or maybe I'm just dumb, but I'm gonna blame the terribly designed website and subscription software).

Has anyone successfully done this? If so, share your wisdom in navigating WotC's crappy website!
