I wonder why there are no kalashatar minis? So far we've got Talenta halflings, Valenar elves, inspired, shifters, warforged, and changelings but no Kalashatar? Also, there are several Goliath minis and a half-ogre, but not one raptoran, illumian, or mongrelman. WotC's really hit and miss with minis support for their own splatbooks. One more thing,and I'm done. I like Red Hand of Doom as much as the next guy, but don't we have enough spawn of Tiamat. We've been getting them since War Drums.

The mongrelfolk are commons from the Aberrations set.

The mongrelfolk have already been addressed, and illumian minis -- at least, ones that look different from human minis -- would be insanely difficult to do, since the power sigils are so small and would have to be done with translucent plastic.

According to the developers, Unhallowed is the last set wtih dragonspawn, so the Redspawn is the last spawn we'll see for a long time, maybe ever. Also, it makes a great lizardfolk sorceror, so it really doesn't have the can't-use-this-for-anything problem that some of the other Spawn suffer from.

I will still buy at least two cases but this set seems... uninspired. I'm sure I will still tear into the boxes when they arrive but nothing here is making me go crazy for the due date. See what Night Below does.

News of no more Tiamat Spawn (for now anyway) is disappointing although I believe we got the best of them first anyway.

Good to see another True Dragon.

According to box art, an Alhoon(Mind Flayer Lich), Dread Wraith, and a Shadow Dragon.

The theme is the Underdark(the set is named after the classic 'Night Below' megamodule); I feel pretty confident we'll see our first Kuo-Toa since 2003, more classic aberrations(Rust Monster, Cloaker), and a bevy of Underdark-related monsters.

(Also, if we get another five drow in Night Below like we did in the Underdark expansion I'll scream. There's more to the Underdark than black elves!)

There's more to the Underdark than drow means that we won't get a set of 60 drow. Some drow won't be avoidable, though. It's quite possible that it will be half a dozen or so, including a common or two, some uncommons and some rares.

Besides, when did we get our last drow?
