Probably less than it used to take - I've let my tolerance slip since I stopped drinking carbonated beverages, which I had to do after I got out of the hospital. They kept making me feel like I was having a heart attack. Now the only caffeine I get is in tea.
The site says it would take 580 cups of tea, which for me is about 145 servings - still WELL more than I drink in a week, much less a day.

I do know a gilr who was brought to the hospital for a caffeine overdose. It was scary, she was convulsing and stuff. She got better.

Oh, according to my calculations (which are probably off) that would be about 389 pounds of tea, more than twice my body weight.

Oh, and as my brother pointed out, you are much more likely to die of dehydration from the pop long before you reach 250+ cans of pop...

Well I ever decide to commit suicide I think I might try and do it by caffine overdose now
