Sort of. See, for a while now, the book has been at the printers. But a dispute on costs put it on hold until they could pay enough for the full print run up front. Sounds like they're finally getting that sorted out.

Gawd, I hope it does not require CoC d20 because that book have been out of print. At the very least it should be standalone, though I personally would not object to requiring and using d20 Modern.

Given what I understand of the CoCd20 legal situation I would be very suprised if such was the case. I imagine it will instead be built on the SRD, rather than the Modern SRD, and have appropriate classes and such - a completly stand alone game. I would be pleasantly suprised, however, if it was built on d20 Modern. It just seems unlikely.

Great news! I'll buy it. I, too, would prefer a d20 Modern build, but no biggie if it is CoC d20 or D&D based.
