I have a question.

Can I apply Psionic Shot to ray spells and powers like I can apply point blank shot?

My favorite Warlock build uses Psionic Shot with Eldritch blast. Yep, rays work.

I thought we couldn't have 3rd level characters yet? Or was that an advanced character?
