Need more DMs. We already have several ongoings, so it'll be a bit before someone is free.

He's actually a scout/psychic warrior with intentions on going "slayer" someday. No d4 HD, at least.

Ditto. If someone would step up to GM an L3 game, we could start some L3 characters. BUT, given we can't even get that, might be good we don't add more characters to the mix till we get a few more GMs.

Can I apply Psionic Shot to ray spells and powers like I can apply point blank shot?

Based on the feat's wording you can. I recall "crystal archers" builds on the boards, Wilders that start dealing 4d6+1 damage as a touch attack at level 1... and goes up from there.

Seems reasonable though, if you can put point blank shot on a power.
