I've been gone for almost a week, and next week likely isn't going to be much better. My access will be spotty till some time in December due to the Holidays, as well as my Wife's upcoming surgery. Please NPC me as appropriate.

I will try to access the site, but I can't garuntee anything.

Also, someone needs to pickup character approval for me for a time. I can forward e-mails as needed.

With Bront unavailable, who do we need to have look over our characters from Head of the Class to aprove them for second level? Does it fall to the DM? Or perhaps a new judge is being recruited, or an old judge taking on more responsibilities?

I probably posted that too soon, as their is an email message waiting for me at work from Bront. Unfortunately, it got swallowed by the office screening software because of offensive content (huh?) so I can't tell if Anvuss is aproved or not. I guess the overly exuberant filter thinks "Anvuss" is a misspelling of something else....

I'm going to be swamped myself in RL in addition to starting my first PbM game, so I'll not be much help there. In addition, since we lost Ferrix, we may wish to consider picking up another judge (who can be back-up character judge).

I know I've made sure to double check the spelling when I type it to make sure I don't forget that "v".

Also, does anyone know if I should go ahead and continue the action in Head of the Class? I want to make sure the players get XP for it, and I don't know if they will with unapproved characters. Anyone?

Anvuss,
Action Points: 6
missing Artificer abilities:
Artificer Knowledge (+5)
Artisan Bonus (+2 UMD for scrolls, potions)

Class indicates only L1

Shoot:
Craft Points indicate LEW method not LEB method

Seat:
would be better having most recent version of character at the top rather than hiding L2 in an sblock lower down on the post.

Thanks, Erekose. I'm a newbie at Eberron, & am not interested in being a judge, but I'd be happy to help out with character approval if that would be useful. I might be a good double-check.

Ok, let me see if I got this right, because I find it really confusing. Indeed, after reading back through the LEB crafting thread, it struck me that all the judges weren't 100% clear on what they were voting on.

Shoot started with 100 craft points, just like everyone else.
He began play on 7/23/06 in the tavern thread.
He made his first appearance in the adventure thread (Head of the Class) on 8/25/06, 34 days later.
While sitting in the tavern, he spent 10(?) craft points helping Anvuss make a few scrolls.
So, if I have this right, Shoot should have 100 - 10 + 34 = 124 craft points.

And I think I figured out why I was using the wrong method...I copied another player's character sheet to use as a template, and that sheet had a link to the LEW craft rules. The LEB craft rules hadn't been voted in at the time Shoot was created, so (not surprisingly) I didn't bother to keep track of time spent in the tavern, not knowing that some time in the future it would be counted to add to Shoot's craft points.

And what you said about getting a better write-up for crafting. *Shudder*
