Currently the closest thing to a healing-warlock that I've seen is a Binder (Tome of Magic) who seem to be surprisingly balanced. Something Wizards should think about for a theoretical 4th edition maybe? *shrugs*
No need of unlimited low-healing, you just need one (or more) wand of Cure Light Wounds. That small stick is an essential. With that, you can easily heal between combat, and it can be use by the Cleric, the Bard, the Ranger and the Paladin.
