The two Praetors are a nice try, but they are just too low-ranked to be able to do anything at all by their own admission. The Byblan, they tend to be solitary so it likely won't help too much. The Narlsewoman? They are treated harshly on Scandaj and never hold influence. The Sacra making out with my wife? He's a male--they never hold influential positions either. I mean if you switched those two for a high-ranking Sacra priestess and a Narlseman chieftain, then it might be different."
