Wow, a 5 levels PrC, I didn't think about that, it is really a great idea.
Now it reminds me a lot more the FRCS Divine PrC than the arcane archer. But my main grief with these PrC is that basically you loose nothing an gain a lot when choosing them, while your PrC seems more balanced and let you loose some powers and specialize in the archery aspect. Nice work here.
I just want to point two things :
First, the divine arrow ability is a nice way to go around the "where are my +5 arrows" problem, I like it, but you should alter it a bit so that the archer may opt to transform one of his arrows into an energy bolt instead of just creating energy bolt out of thin air. This way players still have to bother about ammunition. Hey they wanted to play an archer, didn't they?
Second point, be very careful if you want to remove the Wilderness Lore skill from the class. I understand Crothian and Mistwell problem here, but without this skill rangers will no longer be inclined to take levels in this PrC unless they want to alter rangers and divine archer levels in order to keep their skill at a good level without paying a cross-class skill point cost.
Otherwise, the farther you go, the better your class is becoming. Good job here.
