This has made me think: would I be here if I wasn't a DM?

Which made me think: what kind of person would I be if I wasn't a DM?

Damn. Roleplaying would be an entirely different experience. I'm not sure I can honestly comprehend that. It's like trying to remember what life was like when I didn't NEED a cigarette. Except I don't even have vague memories to work from with regard to being a player.

OH being a player, can be scarey, oh very scarey. Trying to think like you twisted DM's do, is quite a task.

But its fun. Most fun

Being a DM and a player allows me to be more appreciative of the different aspects of the game, and I have a lot of patience on both sides of the screen as a result of this.
