In no particular order
3rd-loved unit and Bessy and Delgado
4th-might be my favorite character of all time plus best stories
11th- probaby beats out 5 by a slim margin and 10 for don’t blink. I love the fact that his companion is almost as famous as him

We get to pick 3? Well in that case it's easy, as a filthy casual who has little relation to pre-reboot Doctor Who: 10, 11, 12. 15 had potential but suffered from BTS nonsense – if Gatwa had gotten three or four proper seasons (13+ episodes) with maybe the FX extravaganza dialed down a little, he could have had a shot.

Patrick Troughton
Tom Baker
Tenant/Capaldi :)

I feel that Troughton created the personal of Cosmic Vagabong/Trickster god that defines the best Doctors - a whimsical , slightly manic, unpredictable genius all masking a menacing edge.

Tom Baker perfected it and McCoy, Smith, Tenant and later Capaldi gave us variations on it. (Pretty much all the doctors reflect subdued versions of it)

Capaldi did well to combine the menacing trickster with Hartnells abrasive elder sage and a bit of Pertwees Dashing Hero

As big a fan as I am of the series, I haven’t seen enough of- or indeed ANY- of certain actors’ runs.

Of the ones I have seen, I voted for Tom Baker, David Tennant, and Peter Capaldi.
