I try to tell ladies I'm like Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Carribean, becuase of course everyone loves Captain Jack, but for some reason they don't trust me.

Just say:

"Ah, but you have heard of me?"

Yeah, I guess all of Sauron's brutal slaughters and inhumane tortures were all just misreported by the propaganda-spewing elvish media.

I love the annoying sarcastic characters who are so much better than everyone else, like Dr. Cox on Scrubs, Brent in PvP, and myself in real life.

Dr. Cox is awesome, though if I was a character I would have to be the main character (his name's JD, right?). On my best days I behave more like Dr. Cox.

Yeah, this happens to me.

Take ER for example. Everybody I know hates Romano (and so are happy with recent events), but wish I had is cajones.

Be glad you don't have his luck!

I liked his character actually.
