D&D 5E Does anyone NOT expect the Artificer and Mystic to release with the final version of 'Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron'?

Like most have said, I suspect artificer will make it into the WGoE, but psionics will wait until Dark Sun. Eberron has a place for psionics, but psionics isn't integral to the setting.

That said, I very much suspect the next setting to get a PDF will be Dark Sun, and I suspect it will look very similar in execution: A general overview of the setting, few new races (muls, thri-kreen, etc) and overview of the PHB stuff and how to fit it in Athas if you want, the Psion/Psionicist/Mystic/Fnarg class and any psionic subclasses, an updated equipment list for weapons/armor, and an overview on defiling. They will leave a fair amount of details (like classes) intentionally vague so that DMs can decide if they want the arcane bards of 3e/4e of the assassin nonmagical bards of 2e. I also would wager we see the first version of the Templar's Guide to Dark Sun sometime in late 2019 or 2020.

I would bet on Wanderers Guide to Darksun or Wanderers Guide to Athas (I like this one).

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "Wayfarer" is actually a proper noun in Eberron (they are members of the Wayfarer's Guild of explorers) so I went with the name of the only Proper Noun group I could think of, along with the name of the setting vs. planet (something Eberron cheats as they are one in the same). So your guess is a good as mine.

Alot of the Darksun fluff was written by the "Wanderer" who was never stated out or anything and the fluff was from the perspective of this wanderer. Its a nice shout out to the original DS IMHO.

The Wanderer and the old short stories in the 2E material really nailed Darksun IMHO.

Do you think they will finalize it that quickly considering the UA for it in August and the survey for it in September?

Mearls said they wouldn’t have it for the August UA. That means September or October. And likely the latter.
It’ll get added to WGtE shortly after for extra play testing, and finalized six to eight months later.

As a big fan of Dark sun ever since the 2e days, I would buy a copy of The Wanderer's Guide to Athas so fast. I mean I'd honestly buy anything Dark Sun they put out, but having "The Wanderer" on it would make me feel like they did their homework.
