Where's the hide in plain sight? Ninjas got the shaft!

Ninjas ought to have d12 HD, fighter BAB, all good saves, 8+Int skill points, the unarmed combat, AC progression and speed of a monk, a ranger's fighting styles, a fighter's bonus feats and a rogue's uncanny dodge, sneak attack and evasion in order to be historically accurate.

And they'd would truly deserve these, because we all know the basic facts about ninjas:

1. Ninjas are mammals.

2. Ninjas fight ALL the time.

3. The purpose of the ninja is to flip out and kill people.

Many people think so, but the theory is easily refuted. The most famous ninjas of all time* were, in fact, NOT mammals.




*: Rafael, Leonardo, Donatello and Michelangelo, of course.

REG, this has been hashed out to death around here. The dinosaurs are in one backwater chunk of the world and easily ignorable. It's not at all like what you'd see in Dinotopia.

This issue sounds great! I will have to get it when Paizo makes it available on their website (I don't have a subscripton).

So, is there any mention of what will be in Dragon 319?

319 is the Dark Sun campaign isn't it? Ninjas are good, pirates are fun, but it's the dinos I'm really interested in.
