Why dont you lecture or instrukt the party arbout the enemys weakense and how to get a good blow in(inspire couge) or that kind of lock the rouge are picking are renoven for.....(inspire copertence)

The party as it stands now has the following: two rangers, fighter, druid and a warmage maybe wizard. We also gained an acient Warforged (ones before the war) as a NPC compainon.

Check for the bardic sage. The bardic sage works like the bard, with the exception, that he casts his spells int based. Since I dont have any books at hand i cant tell you where to find this bard variant. If you don't care for power builds, i would recommend, to go for the swashbuckler or Duellist, so you can use your Int bonus for precision damage. If you care for some power, then just don't multiclass the bard and take a prestige class with full spell progression.
