Oh, the angry e-mail went out right away, let me assure you!

If only I could find a friggin' phone number, it'd be a lot more than that, too!

After all, I am a buyer by profession. If I don't get what I want, it's my job to get all bent out of shape about it! ;)

I just got an email saying they were still working on shipping mine. So maybe someone is using the old random email generator software.

well, the word that they cancelled joshua's order has me a little concerned. however, judging by the email they are still working on mine. hmmmm.....me confused

:(

Well, so far, only Joshua as received the "third party" e-mail, and so far only his order has been cancelled. Maybe this is a test of our patience or something - if we e-mail them and ask what's going on, the Rulebook Nazi decrees "No ELH for you." ;)

I'll be good! I'll be good! Please let me keep my order! :D

I ordered both the ELH and the Book of Challenges from them at the same time - part of a secret plan to make it harder to cancel my order. We'll see if it works out.

I did just check and my status is very strange. The Book of Challenges is in a USPS warehouse in PA right now, while the ELH is "Processing". According to the site, "Processing" means they are verifying my credit card or something. (As if they didnt do that already when they shipped the first half of my order.)

I sent them a message asking politely if they could explain the status of my order. (I dont expect them to be able to, but it might be useful later for documentation purposes.)

Here's a thought

What about this for a test. What if somebody who ordered at the $14 price sent in a SECOND order at the $25 price without cancelling the first order. Which do YOU think would arrive first?

Hmmmm.....
