[ELH] Improved Spell Capacity

If you character is both a 21st Wiz & 21st Cleric, would you have to take Improved Spell Capacity (10th) twice to get a Level 10 spell slot in each class? Or does it automatically do that once you meet the prerequisites for the feat in a particular class?

I'm thinking that you get a(A)(Meaning One) 10th level slot.

If you have 9th level Arcane spells than you can put an Arcane spell in that slot.

If you have 9th level Divine spells than you can put Divine spells in that slot.

If you have both, you get to choose at preparation what you put in there.

<Marshall> Somehow that doesn't seem right. It should be that if you meet the qualifications for the feat in one or more classes you should get a slot of the appropriate level for each class, and not have to choose whether the slot is used by an arcane or divine spell.

It's only one spell slot in one class per feat. If you have two classes, you need two feats.

It's only fair: If a fighter has weapon focus in two weapons and takes epic weapon focus, he must choose one of the weapons for the feat. (Or take it twice)

If you have spell focus for two schools, you must still choose one school for greater spell focus (Or take it twice).

Why should this feat grant you two spell slots?

Then it should've stated something in the feat's description to the contrary... Even going so far as to say you need to take it two, or more, times for multiple classes.

If you have gone 21 levels in two different spellcasting classes, they are obviously important enought to you to spend two feats.

Just because you gain a Wizard's non-epic spell slot does not also mean you get a slot for the same level Cleric spell, or that you can mix and match the two. Why should it be different in epic?

Because there are no 10th level spells, What you are buying is the ability to increase your MM past 9th level. Since MM is not class specific, neither is a 10th level slot.
