ELH Item creation question

CRG

First Post
I don't have the book in front of me here, but I was jotting down some notes on a item I'm toying with.

At what point does the item become "epic" and require the epic feats, etc.? This is a sword - if I recall, it is:

- any single item bonus greater than +5
- total equivalent bonus greater than +10

what else?

Pretty much anything that goes beyond the DMG guidelines:

- Skill bonuses above 10
- Ability Bonuses above 6
- Resistance Bonuses above 5
- Immune to energy damage

Examples in the ELH imply (or at least I infer) that any energy damage reduction above 30 would be epic (given that a ring of major resistance in the DMG is 30, and example armor in the ELH is at 50)

In general, an item with even one of these characteristics is an epic magical item.

Grants attack or damage bonus greater then +5
Grants enhancement bonus to armor greater then +5
Has a special ability with a market price greater then +5
Grants an armor bonus of greater then +10 (not including magic armor's enhancem, ent bonus)
Grants Natural armor, deflection, or restistance bonus greater then +5
Grants and enhancement bonus of greater then +6
Grants an enhancement bonus to skills of greater then +30
Mimics a spell of an effective level higher then nine
Has a caster level above 20
has a market price above 200,000gp

gracias

Was there a gold piece limit? I seem to recall somebody saying there was something in the playtest version to this affect - ie, any item over a certain market value needed to use the epic creation feats. Not sure, but trying to make my afternoon here at work as ... ahem...productive...as possible.
