Elven re-roll and the demigod capstone power

OK so I guess we have heard of the Dragonborn 30th level demigod spamming two breath weapons a round with his encounter power recharge.

So how about the Elven accuracy power, can you just keep using it and re-rolling until you hit?
In fact whats to prevent you from re-rolling until you crit?
If you use this with Blade cascade is that infinite damage?

I'm not sure that things you get from your race even count as encounter powers. Encounter powers are the attacks you get at level 1, 3,...

it gives you extra powers, but not extra actions, unless the power is a free action.

for elven accuracy, it depends if the re roll is considered in its own right, or something special so it can be used to trigger another re roll.

What could be interesting if their is an encounter power that is a free action that lets you move or shift x squares. You could foreseeably move any place in your demention in the blink of an eye.

At level 30...give them anything that isn't explicitly forbidden, they are about to finish anyway...let them go out with style.

There is no distinction made between sources of encounter powers AFAIK.

Elven accuracy is a free action, you can have as many of them as the DM allows I think.

Yeah I know it's not broken for long, but tie in Blade cascade and you kill everything... every encounter... can't be right.

Infinite loops are bad no matter when they occur.
