I was wondering where I can find the stats for the elvish thinblade.

Races of the Wild has the Elvish Thinblade, the Elvish Lightblade, and the Elvish Courtblade.

Elvish thinblade: Damage 1d8, Threat range 18-20, Exotic weapon. Not sure about the cost, probably something like 30-50 gp.

Basically like an exotic rapier that does 1d8 rather than 1d6

The elven thinblade is basically a rapier. However, because it's made by elves, it deals 1d8 damage instead of 1d6.
