To anyone that regular or infrequently uses the Emerald Press message boards and wonders what is going on lately...
We have been having great difficulty with the Chronicles format of the boards over the past couple of weeks and, unfortunately, Shane and myself are both using that format. Anyone that selected this format is completely unable to access the boards (this is the one with the "wood-like" theme). So, I'm asking for a little help.
If anyone out there is still able to get onto the boards, please send me an email and I will provide you with my passcode so that you can change my settings and allow me back onto the boards. From there, I can attempt to fix the problem.
However, there is also a possibility that we may have to look into using a new service entirely -- the company that Shane pays for the use of these boards has not responded to a single email sent about the problem and, therefore, has not offered any help in fixing this matter. Bad customer service makes us unhappy customers. And unhappy customers go window shopping.
In the meantime, stay tuned and we'll keep everyone posted on what is going on so far.
