EN World Iconics: To 4e or Not to 4e.

EDIT: And although we know that Piratecat is switching to 4e, I haven't had a chance yet to ask his better half what she thinks of 4e.
KidCthulhu's uncertain; still keeping an open mind after playing two games, but it certainly wasn't instant love.

I always liked her better than you.

I got the impression that Rel wasn't that enamored of 4e, though. Something about using Warhammer or Savage Worlds instead.

What about little ol' me, Reveille? I'm surprised that I didn't make the list of Iconics. I come to tboards daily. I Have cortibuted a lot of material that has found its way into the games many players that come to EnWorld.

As per my stance, I'm supporting 3.5E and 4E; Tale of the Twin Suns remains 3.5 and I'll be creating an entirely new homebrew for the 4E ruleset.

You lost your iconic status when you changed your name. ;)

Hypersmurf is, perhaps, the iconic rules guru (of 3.X at least). But I think the list is frozen now.

He is also, I'm willing to wager, the only person on these forums who has engaged Lucy Lawless in fisticuffs. That's gotta count for something.

Somehow, I though Shemmy was female. Maybe it's just her avatars.

*snicker*

Oh the curse of adopting the online handle of a female character and getting known by that name online...

I've had people think I was female, think I was a lesbian, and even had one creepy dude on the WotC forums ask if I was single with too much seriousness. *shiver on that last one* I use my actual name on published stuff (what little I've done so far, but I'm working on it), and I guess it comes as a surprise to some folks. Next thing you know, someone will tell me that Crothian isn't an ambulatory slime mold with a net connection. ;)

And back to the topic of the thread, I'm an iconic?
