• NOW LIVE! Into the Woods--new character species, eerie monsters, and haunting villains to populate the woodlands of your D&D games.

England, circa 1895

Still here, still very interested. How fantasy/magic influenced is the setting going to be? I'm good with anything from none at all up to the "Elminster? Ha, that novice!" level, although I'd prefer lower key (or none at all).

You may find this of interest - Forgotten Futures . Smashing read and some ripping yarns.

Could be interested myself only kind of waiting on man about a dog, if you know what I mean.

Should know more by the end of the weekend.

ok

looks good

I'm trying to decide between 4 or 6 characters right now.

And coming up with the plot

I'd like for all of you to come up with character archetypes you'd like to see in the game while this is going on.

;)

Still interested - as long as I don't have to be either a scullery maid or a governess.

You know, I actually created a "Two-Fisted Governess" archetype for Feng Shui once. It's a stock Victorian character.

Other character archetypes I'd like to potentially see -

Plucky Orphan

Retired Military Man

Doctor

Fallen Woman

Artistic/Scholarly Young Man

Cockney Seaman

Detective (Consulting or Police)

Foreigner

And so on. If I still had my Castle Falkenstein, I'd have to check there for more. And some of these can reasonably be combined - Watson is a Retired Military Man/Doctor, Jane Eyre is a Plucky Orphan/Governess, and so on.

And by the way, still interested.

as Arani Korden said, and I would propose a slimy aristocrat/buisnessman.

Btw: Feng Shui rules! (sorry it just had to be said:rolleyes: )
