I'll throw a question out in this thread related to Bane properties as well for the sages here...
IMC, I play an epic Ranger 26 with a +5 Chaotic Outsider Bane short sword (dual-wield) and have the epic feat Bane of Enemies... one of my favored enemies is Evil Outsiders. So the question is:
IF I am fighting a demon (or other Outsiders with the Chaos and Evil subtypes) would that weapon be considered +9 or still only +7?
Sub-question: If I had a +5 Chaotic Outsider Bane Evil Outsider Bane short sword, what would the outcome be, +9 or +7?
Because as far as I can see, the Bane property doesn't talk about this and I can't find it in the faq anywhere. Bane of Enemies does say "...this ability doesn't stack with similar abilities." But I'm not sure how to interpret that either.
