Azaar: you should have 3 spells in your 10th and 11th slots.
On the feats:
eschew materials is not metamagic, so it can't go in the wizard slot.
eldritch knight doesn't have multispell on the bonus epic feats list.
ignore material components requires Spellcraft 25, so you can't have it at lvl 21.
I think if you just switch the order you take them a little you can still fit them all in.
If you read the OP, you will find that Weapons of Energy can't be Permanency-ed.

Also, you built your character very similiar to mine in the Judgment Day campaign. A modified and slightly pumped up version of the same is a major NPC in this campaign, so I'd rather not have any builds so similiar.
But take your time. Unlike the others, you don't need to have it ready any time soon.
Voidrazor said:To me a similarity with an NPC should be a possible plot hook rather than a problem.
Now that I have checked out you char from that other campaign, I'm surprised to notice that the favored forms appear to be illegal. Aren't they limited to forms that can be assumed with the regular Polymorph?
Nephtys said:The bonuses to AC comesfrom a liberal interpretation of the Stone of Good Luck and the Pale Green Prism. They both give bonuses to ability checks, and we interpreted AC ac being an ability check the last time around. Since his AC is affected by both Dex and Wis the bonus would be +2.
Azaar said:Improved Spell Capacity gives you one spell slot up to one level higher than the highest level you could currently cast -- I took two, giving myself a 10th level spell slot and an 11th level spell slot. The table on ELH p.59 gives you the bonus spell slots for high Int: for Int 42, it's 3 bonus spell slots for 10th and 11th levels -- hence, the total should be four.
Epic FAQ said:The chart on page 59 in the Epic Level Handbook shows the bonus spell from the Improved Spell Capacity feat and the bonus spell for the high ability score. Am I right?
Right. If you’ve used Improved Spell Capacity to gain a spell slot of any level of 10 or higher, Table 1–35: Expanded Ability Modifiers and Bonus Spells in the Epic Level Handbook shows the correct number of spells and bonus spells for you. For example, if you’re a wizard with an Intelligence score of 44 and you’ve gained a 10th-level spell slot through the Improved Spell Capacity feat, you get three 10th-level spells a day: one from the feat and two bonus spells from your Intelligence score.
