In honor of the coolness of Erik Mona (and Eric Noah) I think I am going to "Gygax-up" some names based on their names.

Here are just a few ideas:

Nokram the Mad
The Mystic Flask of A'Ekrinom
The Ring of Kir
Haoncire's Amulet
Anomkire
The Moor of Kirnae
Icre the Just

You know, old school names Gygax style.

Clark

PS--Casey did the Gygax-style honors for me in an adventure, making a monster named C'Nosretep :) I was touched...

You want to know what it is? Erik and I had a real long discussion yesterday and ironed out some plans for us and for 4E and I am just flat GEEKED. I am all excited all over again about D&D. Enthused. Reinvigorated.

And it has made me a bit fiesty. In a good way.

I'm in a similar boat. The campaign I was playing in winded down to a periodic game we played every once in awhile, development for Violet Dawn had slowed to a snails crawl, and our website has been stagnant. Once I started reading about 4e and all of the changes they've made, I've been stoked.

The fires in me have definitely been lit again. Now I spend a ton of time here on EN World everyday thinking about our plans for 4e. I haven't been this active on these boards for years and its great to be back. I've been so jazzed about 4e I actually starting building a new home studio to work out of and keep myself busy. Once I get that done, I don't know what I'm going to do (I may start a SAGA campaign).

Clark, you hear anything on when the publishers may actually get a hold of the rules? Last time, it was like a month early, wasn't it?

Now that is a hell of a cool idea.
