Thia moves to one of the windows while Kildrak watches over the conscious drow male. The narrowness of the small arrow-slit like opening doesn't allow her to see much, so she cocks her head and listens. Poor Finnan has trouble reaching the five foot high opening and sees and hears nothing unfortunately.

"Those fools we left behind cut the bridges. Guards are outside wanting to come in. Let's get upstairs. We have to defend that door." Thia says as she rushes to the upper level. "Knock those two out for now," she calls back over her shoulder.

Kildrak nods and then gives the Drow couple a mirthless smile before hammering their temples with his weapons handle. First the Priestess and then Male. Once they were out he began to secure a gag over the Priestess's mouth in case she knew any spells that did not require her hands.

Finnan helps Kildrak bind the captives, then heads to the top floor. His eyes gleaming purple as he scans the rooms and their would be attackers for magic.

Ront and Buppido guard the door as the group approaches. The orc nods as he sees the dried bloodstains on everyone's weapons and clothes.

"She dead?" he asks with a toothy grin.

"No, and a good thing too, we may need her." Thia answers moving to open the door a crack.

She sees the small gap between the doorway and the ledge. The bridge was cut on the ledge side and currently a spider is climbing up that wall to were a group of drow have gathered near the bridge posts. It is towing the bridge up by some webbing attached to its abdomen.

Finnan peers from under the elves elbow and gets a good look at the guardsmen across the chasm, but none have anything of magic on their person.

"Did you see who cut the bridge? Why would someone cut the bridge and make the area look suspicious?" Thia asks Ront in Orcish in a rather agitated tone.

Kildrak grunted. "Not too late to just take a dive into that waterfall izzit?"

"No, kept the door shut. No way to look out." the orc grunts back.

"Someone cut the bridge and trapped us in here?" the derro Buppido says worriedly. "Someone betrayed us?"

OOC: It wlll probably take them another 15-20 minutes to fix the bridge.

"Well unless someone else has another way out of this place, I think Kildrak has the best idea so far."
