After being hit by Berna and Gimli, the first Kobold is bloodied bad and afraid for his life. Holding his wounds, he manages to flee to the east.

Two Kobold emerge from the north passage in response to their commrad's cry of alarm. One hisses "We'll get you dogs." Each one hurls a stone with his sling towards Kolam, but both stones fall into the pit of green goo and miss.

As Draco rounds the corner on his way to the two new adversaries, he notices a passage to the east blocked by a portcullis. The iron bars seem quite sturdy, and the spaces between the bars are just enough to let a kobold pass through, although Draco sees there is no way he could squeeze through.

Wincing from the shuriken slice, the first kobold jabs his spear at Draco but only manages to scratch Draco's arm for 2 damage. The other kobold, now wounded as well, thrusts his spear at Draco, but doesn't quiet make it and misses. They call out "Help us! We need assistance!"

The wizard then advances into the room, makes an arcane gesture, and the kobolds are bathed in fire. The farther kobold might have shaken off the flames, but the closer is certainly singed.

"Hammers of the dwarves! The dwarves are upon you!"

The wild swing ends up harming only the adjacent wall, unfortunately.

Berna skirts around the goo pit, then with a final lunge takes a surprising stab at the kobold next to the pit. Her dagger slides between the kobolds armor, and by his reaction, it's apparent that the blow was a deep one.

As Berna's dagger finishes the injured Kobold, K blue, the group can hear the sound of footsteps coming from the east passage.

Draco challenges the kobold before him.

"Bahamut is disappointed in you, my draconic brethren." Draco states.

Truly, the wrath of the dragon lord smites the unfaithful kobold, as a brilliant flash of light burst from Draco's sword upon striking his foe.
