OOC: Oh, snaaaaaaaaaaaap. Sorry I can't give you xp, I don't xp a lot so I didn't get to spread it out enough. But I just want to show my gratitude T^T I've never RP'd much and Kruor is my first "real" character that I fleshed out. *kicks Jesse to the curb*

But I worry about the level gap, without proper mechanical balances, either it ends up with Kruor and TCO getting stomped (easily get hit), or we stand around waiting for Nate and Wolfman to lay down the damage (cause we need to roll a nat 23 on a d20 to hit them).

With that said, what's keeping Wolfman or TCO from selling me out :<

OOC: Heehee, does he have any wooden stakes on him too?

OOC: Kamotz is more likely to kill Kruor than sell him out, but he'll obey Temple orders, especially if they're from High Priest Belingras.

It isn't minutes after the group consisting of Kruor, Kazmotz, the Cursed one and Nathantiel leave the Hanged Man than a newcomer enters.

The man wears a long traveling cloak, thrown open so his hands are free. Rain drips off the cloak and puddles on the floor just inside the tavern doors. His wide brim hat casts a shadow across his face and eyes.

His voice is deep and harsh. "Listen up! I just tracked an abomination here. Somebody better speak up now. Where has that blood sucking mechanic gone?"

OOC: Okay, I couldn't resist this RP. I've been kicking around the idea of running an adventure for a while, so I'm going to make a small adventure, focusing on Kruor. I'd like to include as many people as interested, but there may be level limits (as Kruor is only level 1). I'm going to put together some details and submit for judges, please speak up in interested.

ALSO!!! If you are in the group mentioned above (that left) don't come back in until this guy leaves.
OOC: You can definitely count The Cursed One in :) I have no problem being of a lower level. Any of The Cursed Ones shortcomings will be most happily flavoured as a continuation of the miserable luck that shadows him wherever he goes and the mischievous spirits that prey on him. I wouldn't want him to die without a fighting chance though so hopefully the level won't be too high.

OOC: We found out at the end of last campaign that when I got this shield, it would disappear after we beat the final boss. My character, in game, was looking forward to using it and another campaign artifact to become like superman. He was disappointed when he found out the terms and conditions.

OOC: and more powers to come! :). Could any of them be permanent? Hmmmm...Only time will tell.

in other news... I think we're only waiting on Raijin. johnmeier1 You ready?

OOC: After reading The Cursed One's back story, I'd say this is a typical day of misfortune for the poor fella. So far the party has two level 1 characters (Krour, The Cursed One) a level 5 (Kamotz) and a level 6 (Nate).
OOC: Nate is maybe a bit high level, but he cannot earn XP before approval anyway (which he cannot get before the 15th). I will finish him as soon as I can and will of course step aside from this adventure if more players with fewer active characters are interested.

OOC: Roster Check for "The Undead Hunter"

Kruor Sytis, level 1 warforged vampire
The Cursed One, level 1 human hybrid (paladin/warlock0
Kamotz, level 5 shifter hybrid (paladin/cleric)
Darksteed welcome aboard! Hunzu, level 3 shardmind enchanter

based on what I'm seeing we still are missing a leader...

from a RP stand point, I would give the next slot to Nathantiel depending on if Walking Dad is interested.
however, that still leaves the group without a leader
anyone got a character they want to bring in?

The mound shakes again, and pieces of loose soil on it crumble and fall. Earth sends telepathic messages to the newcomer that seeks the vampire touched construct. "Why are you seeking him? You voice caries ill intents."

OOC: All 3 of my characters are level 9+.

As for the adventure, if you got a level 5 character, then you could just make it a level 3 adventure. If all the monsters are level 3, it will be a decent balance between the levels.
