Exploring the Hase-Suna Complex (Manzanita judging) [Concluded]

Lokin's strong swing isn't quite enough to kill the orc-zombie.

As Kol moves up to attack the human-zombie (You didn't express a preference, so I chose randomly), both that creature and the dwarf-zombie try to slam him. (Readied action.) Both miss. Kol then hacks into the human-zombie, who remains standing if somewhat damaged.

Zurd can go before Kyle's turning attempt.

Kol, and Lokin, and anyone else who enters the room: [sblock]There is another human-zombie, next to the dwarf-zombie. The door had previously blocked your view of that creature.[/sblock]

Zurd steps into the room behind Lokin and from behind he attacks the orc zombie.

[sblock] 14 to hit/7 for damage if I should manage to do so on such a sorry roll. [/sblock]

Die foul thing you are no orc of mine!

... and the zombie falls to the ground, dropping his axe.

Kyle invokes the power of Geoth to turn the remaining zombies. Payne, Kongu and Kurg still get to act before they can move.

I'm going to be on the road for the next week and a half. I may be posting less frequently than usual.

"I'll wait here and guard the corridor" Kyle says forcefully "I'll not step foot in there" he says indicating the room the zombies inhabitated.

Let's say Payne waits in the back hoping for others to do the dirty work.

Kongu draws her sword, preparing to move in next round if needed.

The zombies then all scatter to the circumference of the room.

You all may act in the next round. One dwarf-zombie and two human-zombies, one of the latter has 5 HP damage from Lokin.

Confused by his foes fleeing, Kol stood his ground trying to gauge his enemies tactics.

OOC: Ready an action if a foe comes back into melee, He will attack.

As Lokin takes off to chase his foe Zurd thinks the same thing never having seen undead before or a turning from a holy man.

He takes off for one of the others - the dwarf this time. He charges his foe ransuer outstretched to keep the thing at range. To hit 20 and damage 7

Don't run from us you foul cowards!

Kol saw the his companions run towards the zombies. Zombies don't run. Sensing foul play he still held his ground ready for some sort of treachery.

Lokin follows the wounded zombie but is unable to land a blow (attack roll 10). The zombies move quite slowly. Zurd has more success; the dwarf-zombie is now also wounded. Kol waits near the entrance to the room. I'll assume Kyle and Payne continue to wait outside the door unless I hear otherwise. Kongu, with her longsword, comes in chasing the only as-yet unwounded zombie; she lands a perfect blow, doing 9 HP damage to it.
