Some spells that's been bubbling in my head since Judgement was released.

This spell works like cone of cold except that it's damage is fire based and its damage is determined by storm.

Storm: This spell deals 1d6 damage for each spell you've cast in the last minute (including itself).[/bq]

Storm spells. Spells whose power is predecated by previous spells cast in the battle. In fantasy books and battles wizards rarely start off with their most spectacular effects, yet in D&D that is often the case since there is no build up in the battles. The storm mechanic requires a build up.

It can be abused, While on the surface 10d6 seems to be the spell's cap, with some feats (quicken spell, sudden spells from the minis handbook) that count can be increased. Also, timestop can be murderous with this mechanic.
