Fighter2/Rogue1/Swash3: Where to go from here?

Personally, I'd drop the Fighter and Swashbuckler levels and just go Swordsage / Rogue.

Also, I'd drop the Elven Thinblade. A dagger or shortsword would be superior thanks to Shadow Blade.

I think he is already in-game with that character.

Yeah, already in-game, and the DM has said it's fine to count the thin-blade as a dagger.

And yeah, you guy are totally right on the feats not being taken in the right order, I'm going to have to talk to the DM about that. I guess if I drop Exotic at first level (assuming the DM lets me), take something else, the rest will work?

Flat bonuses to damage are great with big threat range weapons. Weapon Specialization and Melee Weapon Mastery would give you +2 attack, +4 damage. 2 more levels of fighter would get you WS, then you could grab MWM as your 9th level feat.

What about...

Rogue 1: TWF, PBS
Fighter 1: Weapon Finesse
Swordsage 1: Weapon Focus:Shadow Hand (Class), Far Shot
Fighter 2: Shadow Blade
Rogue 2:
Invisible Blade: Unknown Feat

Too bad. The build looks good but I would have taken 2 levels swordsage instead of fighter... and later when your initiator level is high enough to take the Greater Invis Boosts. You'll have missed Shadow Hand for a few levels but it would have been worth it.

No, really, he's already in game. He wasn't in any way joking when he said so, twice. He isn't asking for a build from scratch. He is asking where to go from this point....like the thread title says.

Pssst, that's the original poster.

Basically I messed up on the feats cause I started him from 5th level, so the DM told me to get my act together and make the character right starting now :(
