Fighting the Gray Tide (Miniature Painting)

As the players draw closer to dealing with the local graveayard, I have increased incentive to focus on undead models. In this case a lot of skeletons from HeroQuest.

I have a double handful of the old original HQ mummies, skellies and zombies that I got as "fluff" in a mini lot off of EvilBuy a couple years back...
Now that there's a new version out, do people still buy the older figures?
(I've been only partially successful in taking the old paint off of them, but I'm considering selling them.)

You could probably sell them still. Some prefer the style or simplicity of the older models.

Yeah, the older miniatures have a charm that makes them worthwhile even after all these years.

I'm having a hard enough time figuring out how to eat it as it is.

good news is that the last gaming session didn't get this far so I didn't need them anyway, but the bad news is that because they were so big and so many, and my time is limited, I rushed them. Detail really suffers when you get up close. But I guess they're only going to be seen from a few feet away, so serviceable lol.
