Final verdict on keen rapier w/ improved critical?

And now if you play Dragonstar and import the Weapon Master prestige Class its:
Rapier = 18-20
add Keen = 15-20
add Improved Crit = 12-20
add Keenblade (stacks with keen) = 9-20
add 7th level Weapon Master = 7-20

It's sick ... :D
Could Someone do me a favor and point out to me where the rules are for using both improved critical and keen?
Both improved critical and keen say something along these lines; This benefit doesn't stack with any other effect that expands the threat range of a weapon (such as the keen edge spell or the Improved Critical feat).

In 3.5 there arn't any. Keen and improved critical don't stack per your example provided.

In 3.0 there is no such stipulation, therefore they could stack. Cabral wrote that post in 2002, so 3.5 was not out yet.

I made a thread about that a while back. The weapon master class still works with the Improved critical feat, as it states "if you already have improved critical....."

There was an evil class somewhere that Dandu mentioned that worked, and there is one spell, i can't remember the name, that disregards the "does not stack with keen" effect

Weapon Master and Disciple of Dispater are 3.0, not 3.5, right? I'd think most DMs would not allow their critical-improving powers to work (edit: with keen/ imp. crit.) under 3.5.
