Flight of the Resistance (Star Wars)

Garrett is in his early 20 no older than 24. He's young and naive so I can see him looking up to Kospirian. Especially since the man is more traveled than Garrett. Garrett has never been outside of the Kabal system. He has probably only been in orbit a handful of times while his uncle was still alive. Though Sarn probably talked about me a lot. He was like a father to me. He kept promising to make me a partner in his business when I was older but he died before that happened.

I'm imagining there is some space debris from the destroyed imperial station that was once in orbit over Kabal's moon, so maybe Garrett and his uncle collected scrap from the station using some kind of a magnetic sled/crane rig. That would get him into space without leaving the Kabal system.

Hmm. Maybe Sarn wanted Garrett to inherit his old freighter? But the Houk Barcad quickly impounded it for outstanding debts. Maybe that was something Sarn talked to Kospirian ( Green Karl ) about...making sure his nephew inherited his old freighter?

This gives Kospirian multiple reasons for being on Kabal, and some are quite personal:

 • He's on a Resistance mission to find SKYLARK.
 • He has an old quarren friend Ferukh Qann who he freed from slavery (and also happens to be a point of contact).
 • He feels he owes it to Sarn Doree to honor his wishes that, in event of his death, his nephew get his old freighter.
 • He might hope to make a change in how pervasive the criminal slave/spice/arms-dealing element is on Kabal.

Oh I like it from Kospirian side a lot!!!

I like it as well. I actually think I mentioned something similar in my updated background.

Awesome. Thanks for being game! I know many games dive right into the action, and that this "session zero" stuff can feel a bit tedious, so I appreciate your all's patience.

Looking forward to seeing how Thateous' Jedi is the last puzzle piece for the party.

Are you sure you updated with the bonus XP? I also didn't see any talents on the sheets besides the Influence force power?

Arsinoë: double-checking XP (can spend 15 more)
Arsinoë starting XP is 135 = 110 (human) +10 XP obligation +5 XP human (bonus) +5 XP character connections (bonus) +5 XP story hook (bonus)

I'm assuming you were spending all of Arsinoë's bonus from Obligation (net 20) on XP.

CHARACTERISTICS = 90 XP total
3 Brawn = 30 XP
3 Agility = 30 XP
3 Presence = 30 XP

TALENTS = 10 XP total
Influence = 10 XP

EXTRA SPECIALIZATIONS = 20 XP total
Force Sensitive Emergent (Universal) = 20 XP

SKILLS = 0 XP total
Athletics 1 (free human non-career skill) = 0 XP
Charm 1 (1 free career) = 0 XP
Coordination 1 (1 free specialization) = 0 XP
Deception 1 (1 free career) = 0 XP
Negotiation 1 (1 free career) = 0 XP
Melee 1 (1 free specialization) = 0 XP
Ranged (Light) 1 (free human non-career skill) = 0 XP
Knowledge (Core Worlds) 1 (1 free career) = 0 XP

ABSOLUTE TOTAL = 120 XP = 90 + 10 + 20
Ah, I know what happened. I forgot to upload the new sheet to Google Drive. I will do that tonight. With the 15 XP I bought rank 2 in Charm and rank 1 in Leadership.

Old rebel outpost

Rico's early life never had any purpose other than survive.  Born on Gatalenta and an orphan of the war, Rico only new the harsh side of life. Having to fight for every scrap to ensure survival made him tough but brash. He never knew his parent's, from what he was told they were informants for the Rebellion, but were captured by the Empire. Rico spent much of his early life alone until he was discovered by a Jedi named Luke Skywalker visited to Jedi history. At the time Rico had no clue who the galactic hero he encountered was, but something pulled them toward each other. Luke saw what Rico could not and took Rico to train with the New Jedi Order he established.

Uff. The autocorrect made my eyes bleed. :D

Take your time. Sounds like we could use a bit more time to work out Rico and any remaining kinks, so I'll hold off on posting a starter until we do.

That's 5 PCs altogether, and I am very happy with our group. If anyone else is craving a Star Wars game, or you'd like to invite a friend, I will take one more player.

Eww I wrote that in the memo app. Switching to Google drive. This is the busiest week I've had in years. Multiple 12+ hour days this week.
