Hide all of the sheets you don't want to have in your final PDF and then print workbook. This should get it all into one document with only the sheets you want. I did this a lot for martial chars that had no spells.

No need to hide sheets. Click the first sheet tab you want. Then hold ctrl and click the rest of the tabs you want to print. Then print.

Edit: Or just save as a pdf instead of printing. This works as well.
